At Vibing White, we strive to provide you with high-quality bags that you'll love. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges for store credit under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

Exchange Process

If you are eligible for a return, you may exchange the item for store credit. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Vibing White.

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@vibingwhite.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit equivalent to the amount of your original purchase, minus any shipping costs.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit amount.
